At present, HODIAS owns thousands of breeds, sweet essence, salty essence, condiment. Thereinto, sweet essence type including six series “A, B, C, D, E, F”. “A” represents water essence and water-oil essence. Water essence fits for cold drink, beverage and so on. Water-oil essence can be applied in many fields, features in high temperature endurance, fits for various foods such as candy and baking. “B” represents natural ferment essence, fits for cold drink, butterine, candy; “C” figures emulsified essence, fits for cold drinks and candy; “D” represents full color essence with colorant, simple application, fits for cold drinks, candy, jelly; “E” represents oil essence, features high concentration, hard volatilization and high temperature endurance, fits for candy, biscuit; “F” represents power essence, can protect fragrance substance very well, fits for cold drinks, solid beverage and jelly powder, etc.
