Recently, Japan researcher Zuoteng finds that extraction of black tea can counteract botulinum neurotoxin. It exits in black tea though it is in the start phase of separation.
In meat production, it almost adopts the technology of packing after sterilization. It’s heating condition requires above 63℃ and over 30 minutes for processing. But it can not kill all bacillus. So researchers apply themselves in such security issues.
From the animal experiments, extracted material distilled from black tea can counteract botulinum neurotoxin. Besides, it can improve antibiosis performance, it can prevent flavor becoming bad.
